Effective Date: 02 September 2024

 

This Partner Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Worldwide Strategy Partners Kft. (“Company”) and [Partner Name] (“Partner”) as of the Effective Date.

 

1. Partnership Scope

The Partner agrees to collaborate with the Company in delivering [specific services/products] to clients under the terms specified in this Agreement. The Partner shall adhere to the quality standards set by the Company and shall act in the best interests of both parties.

 

2. Revenue Sharing

Revenue generated from joint activities shall be shared between the Company and the Partner as outlined in the Revenue Sharing Agreement, which forms part of this Agreement.

 

3. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

Both parties agree to keep all proprietary information confidential and shall not disclose any such information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

 

4. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with [X] days written notice. In the event of termination, any outstanding payments owed to the Partner shall be settled in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

 

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Budapest, Hungary.
